Shipping Policy

At ELT Creations, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in good condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand the processes, options, and responsibilities involved.

 

1. Standard Shipping

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

 

For items in stock, shipping will take place within 7-10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the expected shipping date.

 

2. Delivery Options and Estimated Delivery Times

The primary method of delivery is via Pudo, which offers the following options:

  • Locker to Locker
  • Locker to Door

For clients seeking alternative courier services, we also offer options through other couriers such as PostNet and PEP Paxi. Please enquire about these options if you prefer to use a different courier.

Estimated Pudo Delivery Times:

  • +/- 3 to 7 working days

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on courier availability and service level agreements. During peak seasons or special commercial periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, delays may occur.

 

3. Delivery Areas
We offer delivery services only to South Africa and all its provinces. For deliveries to other areas, the client must arrange the courier themselves.

 

4. Courier Costs

The price of shipping is determined by the courier. For accurate shipping costs, please contact us or check with the courier directly.  

 

5. Client-Arranged Courier

Clients may arrange their own courier to collect parcels from us. Please contact us to coordinate the collection if you choose this option.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after being in the postal system for 15 business days for local orders and 21 business days for international orders. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period has elapsed.

 

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be liable for all delivery costs to re-deliver the order to the corrected address. ELT Creations is not responsible for the loss of an order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
