We are committed to creating and delivering your unique, custom-designed products. Please review our full policy below to understand our process, as each item is made especially for you.
1. Order Production & Processing Time
Every ELT Creations product is custom-made to order. We do not hold pre-made stock. Upon receiving your order, we begin the process of sourcing materials, production, and quality checks with our trusted suppliers.
Therefore, please allow 7-14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for your order to be produced and processed before it is ready for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Please Note: Complex custom orders or orders placed during peak periods may require additional time. We will notify you immediately via email if any significant delay is anticipated. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs
Once your order is produced, inspected, and dispatched from our supplier, you will receive a shipping notification. At checkout, you will be presented with clear shipping options and costs before you pay. We primarily utilise Pudo for reliable, trackable delivery within South Africa.

Important: The 7-14 business day production time is separate from and additional to the shipping times listed above. Total estimated delivery timeframe from order date is typically 10-21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to logistics, peak seasons, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within South Africa to all provinces.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from the production facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey.
5. Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the costs to re-ship the order. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you notice an error.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a courier attempts delivery unsuccessfully, they will leave a notification. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels returned to us due to failed attempts will require a re-shipping fee.
Lost Parcels: A parcel is considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 15 business days after dispatch. In this rare event, we will open an investigation with the courier and work with you to either reproduce and reship the order or provide a refund/store credit.
