Standard Products (Non-Customized)

30-Day Return Window

Unused, un-personalized items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for:

- Full refund (minus original and return shipping costs)

- Store credit (minus shipping costs)

- Exchange for another item (customer pays all shipping)

Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Customer pays return shipping to our premises

- After inspection: If confirmed defective, choose: Replacement, repair, or full refund (product price only)

- Customer pays shipping for replacement items

Personalized/Custom Items

No Returns on Custom Work

Due to the personalized nature of these items:

- All custom/personalized orders are final sale

- No returns, exchanges, or refunds

- Double-check your design proof carefully before approval

Our Mistake? We Fix It!

If WE make an error in your custom order:

- We remake it correctly at our cost

- Include free shipping for corrected item

- Priority production

Return Process

1. Contact us within 30 days ([email protected] / 083 319 8631)

2. Get return authorization (we'll provide a code - required)

3.Customer ships items back at their cost in original condition

4. After inspection (5-7 business days), receive refund/store credit within 7-10 business days

5. Refund amount = Product price minus ALL shipping costs (original + return)

Non-Returnable Items

- Personalized/customized products (final sale)

- Used, worn, or damaged items (not defective)

- Items without original packaging

- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

- Products returned without authorization code

- Products returned after 30 days
