Custom Orders & Design Process
Q: Can I customise a product with my own design or photo?
A: Yes, absolutely! You can provide your own design, logo, wording, or photo. We’ll help with layout and placement to ensure the final product looks professional.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Follow these simple steps:
- Browse our website for product ideas.

- We Create a digital proof for your approval (a small design fee applies).
- Approve & pay – once you love the design, make payment and we start production!
Q: What information do you need for personalization?
A: Please provide:
- Names, dates, or specific text
- Preferred colours and style
- Any specific design elements or themes
- Reference images (if you have inspiration)
Q: Can I see a design proof before printing?
A: Yes, but a design fee is required first. We’ve implemented this because we’ve experienced clients disappearing with our completed designs.
Our fair process:
- Free Consultation: We discuss your idea and provide a quote.
- Design Fee: You pay a small fee (typically R50–R150, depending on complexity).
- Create Proof: We create your custom digital proof.
- Review & Revise: You review and we allow up to 2 revisions.
- Finalize: Once approved, the design fee is deducted from your final order total.
Q: What file formats do you accept for custom prints?
A: We prefer high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF files (300 DPI or higher for best quality).
Pricing, Bulk Orders & Payment
Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
A: Yes! Bulk and corporate orders are welcome for staff gifts, promotional items, school events, and brand launches. Discounted pricing may apply depending on quantity — contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: No! We specialize in single, personalized items made with care.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Secure credit/debit card payments and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Production & Shipping
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Each item is made to order. Please allow:
- 7–14 business days for production & processing
- 3–7 business days for shipping via Pudo
Total estimated delivery: 10–21 business days from order date.
For bulk orders, timelines will be confirmed upfront. We communicate clearly — no guessing games here.
Q: Where are you based, and do you deliver?
A: We are based in Sasolburg, South Africa. We offer nationwide delivery via courier (currently only within SA). Local collection may be arranged by prior agreement.

A: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We primarily use Pudo (locker-to-locker or locker-to-door). Alternative couriers (like PostNet) can be arranged upon request before ordering.

A: Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a problem due to an error on our side, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve it.

Q: What if my order gets lost in shipping?
A: If no tracking update occurs for 15 business days after dispatch, we consider it lost. We’ll investigate with the courier and work with you to resend your order or issue a refund/store credit.

Q: How do I care for my sublimation products?

- Tumblers & Mugs: Hand wash recommended for long-lasting vibrancy.
- Apparel: Machine wash inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry low or line dry.

A: Most sublimated mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing is recommended to preserve the design’s quality over time.
Q: How durable is the print?
